Q: What is the difference between a Super User and an Administrative User on the Customer Platform?
A: the Company "Super User" is set up at the time the Company profile is established by the Davis Trust Company Online Cash Management Customer Support representative. The "Administrative User" is set up by the Company Super User and the rights / functionality of that "Administrative User" is determined by the Super User.

Q: Why can't the company administrators see all of the users of the company?
A: The Company "Super User" (created by the Davis Trust Company Customer Support representative) is the only end user that can see all users of that company. The "Super User" can assign other subordinate users to also be "Administrative Users" (to add additional users, do Activity Reporting etc.) however a subordinate user who is also an "Administrative User" will only be able to see and modify permissions for users who are not Administrators of any kind. Only the Company "Super User" can make another user an Administrator.
