A: Online Banking is a free, easy way to access account information from your own computer 24 hours a day - 7 days a week. You are able to perform various transactions on your computer from any location, as long as you have access to the internet and a secure browser. You can check personal account balances, receive information about transactions within your accounts, make transfers between your accounts, export account information, get stock quotes and subscribe to an online bill payment service.
Q: Is my account information secure when I use Online Banking?
A: You will always be required to enter a member number and password to access Online Banking. These codes are to protect your privacy and should not be given to anyone else. We recommend that you memorize your codes instead of writing them down. In addition, for security purposes you must use a web browser with a 128-bit encryption.
Q: How do I sign up for Davis Trust Small Business Online Banking?
A: Just go to
www.davistrust.com and click the Online Banking link button. Then just follow the instructions to access your account information online.
Q: What is the cost for Small Business Internet Banking?
A: For small business customers, Internet Banking costs just $2.00 per month per account.
Q: Will I have access to all of my Davis Trust Accounts?
A: You will be able to access your deposit accounts, loan accounts and lines of credit.
Q: How much of my account history will I be able to view?
A: You will have access to the current and previous statement cycles of history.
Q: Can I pay my bills through Online Banking?
A: Yes, you can pay your bills through Online Banking. If you currently use Online Banking and want to pay bills click on "Bill Payment" and follow the instructions to sign up.
Q: What will online bill payment allow me to do?
A: You can make payments to almost any business or individual. You can set up recurring fixed payments, set up a one-time future payment or a one-time immediate payment. You can view pending transactions and view approximately two months of bill payment history.
Q: Will my bill payment go out immediately?
A: You will need to allow five business days for your payments to be processed and reach their destinations.
Q: Is there a fee for online bill payment?
A: The fee for small business bill payment is just $5.95 per month for up to 12 bills. Each payment over 12 bills is $0.40.
Q: Can a savings account be the primary account for online bill payments?
A: Savings accounts are not transactional accounts and cannot be used for online bill payments.
Q: What do I do if I forget my password for Online Banking?
A: Simply stop by the bank or contact us by phone and we can reset it for you. If you use the optional Password Validation Questions you can reset your password yourself.
Q: Can I access Online Banking via WebTV?
A: No, Online Banking cannot be used with WebTV.
Q: Which Web Browsers are acceptable?
To ensure maximum security you will need to use the current version of one of the following web browsers: America Online, Netscape Navigator, or Internet Explorer that supports 128-bit encryption.
